Replacement policy: When wishing to replace a product with a manufacturing defect or flaw, Happy & Nice bears the shipping costs after contacting us via customer service. The customer has the right to return within 3 days or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase, provided that the product is in its original condition, the carton is unopened, and all accessories and user manual are included. If the desired product for exchange is unavailable, we will contact the customer to obtain their permission if they wish for another product. When wishing to replace a product without a manufacturing defect or flaw, the customer bears the shipping costs. Products that have been opened will not be replaced unless a manufacturing defect is proven, noting that the following products are non-returnable: anything that violates or falls outside the warranty conditions such as misuse, opened product not in its natural condition, failure to follow operating instructions, exposure to water if not waterproof, external repairs. Cash refund at Happy & Nice for payments via Mada, Visa, MasterCard, and the amount will be refunded to the card, and in some cases, transferred to the customer’s bank account. Note: The duration of refund and exchange ranges from 7 days to 21 working days.
